The packet can be returned by mail or be dropped off at the agency drop-off window on the first floor of the County Annex building, 114 E. Main St. in Van Wert. One application needs to be completed per family.&nbsp;Eligible families will receive a one-time payment of $500 towards their housing or a utility bill.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eligibility for this program will not count toward the family\u2019s eligibility for other PRC assistance programs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The program is limited to 200 percent of the Federal Poverty Level.
