Washington St., was arrested on a charge of domestic violence for an incident that occurred at her residence.<\/p>\n<p>September 7, 7:07 p.m. &#8212; A burglary was reported in the 200 block of West Maple Avenue.<\/p>\n<p>September 8, 12:21 a.m. &#8212; Two men were charged as a result of a traffic stop in the 100 block of West Main Street. The driver of the vehicle, Zachary P. Parrish, 23, of 337 W. Maple Ave., was cited for driving while under a license suspension and driving the wrong way on a one-way street, while a passenger in the vehicle, Joshua J.
