Stanfield, 40, of Spencerville, was arrested for operating a vehicle while impaired (OVI) and was also cited for an open container violation as a result of a traffic stop at the intersection of Washington Street and Valam Drive.<\/p>\n<p>September 9, 12:05 a.m. &#8212; Kevin T. Lehmkuhl, 45, of Defiance, was arrested for OVI as a result of a traffic stop in the 300 block of North Washington Street.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Delphos Police<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>September 8, 2:06 p.m. &#8212; Shane Harter, 31, of Delphos, was cited for having a dog running at large.
