Van Wert County Hospital is located at 1250 S. Washington St. in Van Wert.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Jennifer Hohman and Dr. Matthew Miller, event coordinators for the Kids&#8217; Health Fair, will be available to answer questions and distribute information about many child and adolescent health and safety topics.
