{"id":143630,"date":"2021-06-09T22:40:14","date_gmt":"2021-06-10T03:40:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thevwindependent.com\/news\/?p=143630"},"modified":"2021-06-09T22:40:18","modified_gmt":"2021-06-10T03:40:18","slug":"djfs-issues-shoe-shirt-voucher-reminder","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thevwindependent.com\/news\/2021\/06\/09\/djfs-issues-shoe-shirt-voucher-reminder\/","title":{"rendered":"DJFS issues shoe\/shirt voucher reminder"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>Staff and submitted information<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Van Wert County Department of Job and Family Services issued a reminder that eligible county students in grades preschool-12 (2021-2022 school year) can receive a $100 voucher for the purchase of shoes and socks and a school spirit t-shirt for grades K-12.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eligibility is based on family income at or below 200 percent of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Families must meet all PRC program eligibility rules and provide the following information:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>ID of parent\/guardian<\/li><li>Social Security cards for all household members<\/li><li>Income verification for all family members for the last 30 days (pay stubs, SSI award letter, child support, etc.)\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How to apply<\/strong><br>Family Monthly Size Income limits\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>2 \u2014 $2,904&nbsp;<\/li><li>3 \u2014 $3,660&nbsp;<\/li><li>4 \u2014 $4,417&nbsp;<\/li><li>5 \u2014 $5,174&nbsp;<\/li><li>6 \u2014 $5,930&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Applications with the list of required documents can be picked up at the County OhioMeansJobs office through Friday, June 25, or until funding is no longer available. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Completed applications with all required documents must be turned in by 4:30 p.m. June 25.
