The incident remains under investigation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4:00 p.m.&nbsp;\u2013 Deputies served a warrant issued by Van Wert County Common Pleas Court to Desma Chesbro for probation violation. She is being held at the Van Wert County Correctional Facility.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4:31 p.m.&nbsp;\u2013 Deputies served a warrant issued by the Mercer County Juvenile Court at a residence in the Village of Willshire.
