Third and Fourth grade students are encouraged to choose to walk on the track during their recess times, as part of Jefferson&#039;s Wellness Committee&#039;s program to get kids moving and challenging them to lead healthier lifestyles. Students walk during their recess times and then for each day they walk, they place a ticket in a container. At the end of each week a name is drawn out and the winner receives a reward.
