There\u2019s gaskets and other brass material \u2013 brass is a huge problem in the water industry right now.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fleming added he doesn\u2019t have a start date and he told the supplier he wants the materials here before beginning work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re not going to go into this and get 60 percent through then find we can\u2019t complete it and have to wait three months for parts to come, so it\u2019s probably a three month situation once we have everything in hand,\u201d he said. \u201cThey keep telling us the stuff is going to trickle in and we should have it pretty soon.
