Seth Nicholas Hitzeman, 20, of Payne was located by Huntington, Indiana authorities and transported to the Van Wert County Correctional Facility.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5:27 p.m.&nbsp;\u2013 Deputies responded to a residence on Hughes Road in York Township for a stray dog on the property.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7:29 p.m.\u00a0\u2013 Deputies responded to a residence on Augustine Road in Pleasant Township on a complaint of domestic violence. Gary N.
