It was found to be a child playing with the phone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3:23 p.m.&nbsp;\u2013 Dispatched Van Wert EMS to a location on Van Wert Decatur Road in the city of Van Wert for a subject that fell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4:29 p.m.&nbsp;\u2013 Deputies responded to a residence on U.S. 224 in Hoaglin Township on a complaint of domestic violence.
