3:09 a.m. \u2013 Deputies responded to an area of U.S. 30 in Tully Township for a motor vehicle crash involving a deer. No injuries were reported.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3:46 a.m. \u2013 Deputies responded to an area of U.S. 30 in Tully Township for a motor vehicle crash involving a deer. No injuries were reported.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3:49 a.m. \u2013 Deputies served a warrant issued by Van Wert County Common Pleas Court for burglary, a second-degree felony. Daniel Thomas Lehmkuhle, 25, of Delphos is being held at the Van Wert County Correctional Facility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7:58 a.m. \u2013 Deputies responded to a residence on Main Street in the Village of Convoy to assist with an unruly juvenile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8:13 a.m. \u2013 Deputies responded to a residence on Convoy Road in Hoaglin Township to contact a resident for the Van Wert Police.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9:15 a.m. \u2013 Dispatched Middle Point Fire to a residence on Griswold Street in the Village of Middle Point for a subject who was dizzy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10:00 a.m. \u2013 Deputies responded to a residence on Bockey Road in Jackson Township to contact a resident for the Van Wert Police.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

11:34 a.m. \u2013 Deputies responded to a location in the Village of Convoy to investigate a report of aggravated menacing. The incident remains under investigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

12:34 p.m. \u2013 Deputies served a warrant issued by Van Wert County Common Pleas Court for community control violation. Thomas C. Medford, 42, of Ohio City is being held at the Van Wert County Correctional Facility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2:45 p.m. \u2013 Deputies responded to an area of Elgin Converse Road in York Township to check an abandoned 911 call.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3:32 p.m. \u2013 Deputies responded to a residence on State Street in the Village of Willshire to conduct a welfare check on a juvenile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4:13 p.m. \u2013 Dispatched Convoy EMS to a residence on Convoy Road in Harrison Township for a subject having chest pain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4:46 p.m. \u2013 Deputies responded to an area of Gamble Road in Ridge Township on a report of two subjects along the roadway acting suspicious.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6:06 p.m. \u2013 Deputies responded to an area of Convoy Road in Tully Township to check an open line 911 call.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9:03 p.m. \u2013 Deputies responded to an area of Hoffman Street in the Village of Ohio City on a complaint of suspicious activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10:51 p.m. \u2013 Deputies responded to an area of Lincoln Highway in Ridge Township for a motor vehicle crash involving a deer. No injuries were reported.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10:58 p.m. \u2013 Deputies served a warrant issued by Van Wert County Common Pleas Juvenile Court for Civil Contempt. Chancellor Scott Nelson, 28, of Van Wert is being held at the Van Wert County Correctional Facility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
