To start 2024, average gasoline prices in Ohio have fallen 11.9 cents per gallon in the last week, averaging $2.76 per gallon on Tuesday, according to GasBuddy&#8217;s survey of 5,345 stations in Ohio. Prices in Ohio are 17.3 cents per gallon lower than a month ago and stand 30.9 cents per gallon lower than a year ago. The national average price of diesel has fallen 4.5 cents in the last week and stands at $3.96 per gallon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"200\" height=\"113\" src=\"https:\/\/thevwindependent.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Gasoline-pump-nozzle-artwork-8-2016.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-78995\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>According to GasBuddy price reports, the cheapest station in Ohio was priced at just $2.09 per gallon on Tuesday, while the most expensive was $3.79 per gallon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The national average price of gasoline has fallen 1.6 cents per gallon in the last week, averaging $3.06 a gallon.
