Craft, 27, of 720 S. Walnut St., was arrested on an active warrant.<\/p>\n<p>December 16, 8:01 p.m. \u2013 Jordan A. Ricker, 17, of 615 S. Harrison St., was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia as a result of a traffic stop in the 300 block of North Franklin Street.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Delphos Police<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>November 15, 3:19 p.m. &#8212; Carl Hoffman, 47, of Delphos, was arrested on an active warrant issued in Allen County, Ohio.\u00a0 Reports indicate the warrant was issued on a contempt of court violation stemming from a prior arrest for trafficking in marijuana.\u00a0Hoffman was turned over to deputies from the Allen County Sheriff&#8217;s Department.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Van Wert Police December 16, 10:02 p.m. \u2013 Jeffrey A.
