Perry, 57, of Van Wert, died at 3:19 a.m. Monday, January 2, 2012, at Lima Memorial Hospital.<\/p>\n<p>She was born September 24, 1954, in Lima, the daughter of Margaret (Street) Long and the late Donald Long. She married Roy Perry Sr., who survives in Van Wert.<\/p>\n<p>Other survivors include two children, Cacey (Christopher Etgen) Long of Delphos and Candy (Shawn) Clay of Van Wert; five stepchildren, Jim (Anna) Perry of Ohio City, Ralph (Linda) Perry, Hubert (Rhonda) Perry and Roy (Donna) Perry Jr., all of Van Wert, and Sheila Teman of Delphos; three brothers, Paul \u201cBub\u201d (Linda) Long of Drummonds, Tenn., Randy (Marilyn) Long of Van Wert and Douglas (Karen) Long of Delphos; three sisters, Linda Heckert of Van Wert and Debbie (Ralph) Jessee and Brenda (Greg) Hesseling, both of Middle Point; three grandchildren; several stepgrandchildren; and several stepgreat-grandchildren.<\/p>\n<p>Two sisters, Dolina Pinnow and Madina Long; and a granddaughter, Autumn Etgen, also preceded her in death.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Funeral services will be conducted at 6 p.m. Thursday, January 5, at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home &amp; Crematory in Van Wert, with the Rev. Dave Ray officiating.
