On January 8, five team members traveled to Marion to swim in the Marion County YMCA Pentathlon. The meet awarded both individual event competition, plus an overall winner (based on combined times) in each age division. Emma Pollock finished fourth overall in the Girls 8 &amp; Under division while Addison Henkaline finished third in the Girls 9-10 Division.<\/p>\n<p>On January 15, the Marlins hosted and swept a tri-meet against Hardin County and Marion County.\u00a0 Winning first place in all of their individual events were Addison Henkaline (3), Katie McVaigh (3), Sam Easley (5) and Evan Stant (4). Also placing first were Emma Pollock (4), Andrew Henkaline (1), Daniel Miller (1), Robert Germann (1), Alek Bowersock (1), Austin Lucas (1) and Paige Lucas (3). On January 22, the Marlins traveled to Kenton for the Hardin County Invitational.
