{"id":19467,"date":"2012-01-21T06:25:26","date_gmt":"2012-01-21T11:25:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thevwindependent.com\/?p=19467"},"modified":"2012-01-21T06:25:26","modified_gmt":"2012-01-21T11:25:26","slug":"suspected-delphos-drug-house-busted","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thevwindependent.com\/news\/2012\/01\/21\/suspected-delphos-drug-house-busted\/","title":{"rendered":"Suspected Delphos drug house busted"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Van Wert independent\/<\/strong><em>Delphos PD information<\/em><\/p>\n<p>DELPHOS \u2013 A 22-year-old Delphos man faces multiple charges as a result of an investigation of a suspected drug house in Delphos.<\/p>\n<p>After receiving complaints about an alleged \u201cdrug house at 515 West Sixth Street in Delphos, agents from the West Central Ohio Crime Task Force began a short term investigation of the residence. The investigation culminated at approximately 10:23 a.m. Friday when task force members, along with the Allen County Sheriff\u2019s Department SWAT team, served a search warrant at the residence.<\/p>\n<p>Found inside the residence were the following items that were seized for evidentiary purposes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Several firearms and ammunition<\/li>\n<li>A number of devices commonly utilized to grow marijuana<\/li>\n<li>Several pieces of suspected drug paraphernalia.<\/li>\n<li>A small quantity of U.S. currency<\/li>\n<li>A small quantity of suspected marijuana<\/li>\n<li>A number of pharmaceutical pills<\/li>\n<li>A small quantity of suspected Ecstasy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The man found inside the residence was not immediately arrested; however, he is facing numerous potential charges at a future date. His name will be released once formally charged.<\/p>\n<p>The West Central Ohio Crime Task Force is comprised of officers from the following agencies; Allen County Sheriff\u2019s Office, Van Wert County Sheriff\u2019s Office, Lima Police Department, Shawnee Township Police Department, Delphos Police Department and multiple state\/ federal agencies.
