2:38 a.m. \u2013 Dispatched Spencerville EMS to a residence on McConnell Road in Jennings Township for a subject having difficulty breathing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9:06 a.m. \u2013 Deputies responded to an area of Lincoln Highway in Washington Township for a report of a loose cow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9:28 a.m. \u2013 Deputies, along with Middle Point Fire and EMS, responded to an area of U.S. 30 in Ridge Township for a report of a motor vehicle crash. The accident was investigated by the Ohio State Highway Patrol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

12:06 p.m. \u2013 Deputies responded to an area of West Main Street in Pleasant Township for a report of a loose dog.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
