Martin Burchfield is the Van Wert County GOP Central Committee chairman.<\/p>\n<p>Norquist is president of ATR, a taxpayer advocacy group he founded in 1985 at President Reagan\u2019s request. ATR is a coalition of taxpayer groups, individuals and businesses opposed to higher taxes at the federal, state and local levels.<\/p>\n<p>All 2012 Republican presidential candidates are invited to the event.
