The higher seeded teams will host the regional semifinals on Friday, November 14. All games kick off Friday at 7 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The better seeded team will serve as the host through the first three rounds of the playoffs. The regional playoffs follow bracket format. Rebracketing will occur for the state semifinals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neutral sites will be used beginning in the regional finals on Friday, November 21. The state semifinals will be on Friday, November 28, with the state championship games then hosted at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium in Canton December 4-6.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"200\" height=\"150\" src=\"https:\/\/thevwindependent.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/ohsaa-logo.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-159333\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Two Western Buckeye League team are left in the playoffs. In Division III, Region 10, Wapakoneta will host 2024 state runner-up Toledo Central Catholic. In addition to being last year\u2019s runner-up, the Fighting Irish won state titles in 2023 and 2022. In Division IV, Region 14, Bath will travel to Shelby to face Assocated Press poll champion Shelby. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Northwest Conference has two teams still playing in Division VII, Region 26 \u2013 Columbus Grove and Lima Central Catholic, and they\u2019ll meet at Spartan Stadium in Lima. It\u2019s a rematch of a Week No. 9 won by Columbus Grove 33-25.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paulding is the only remaining Green Meadows Conference team and the Panthers, fresh off their first ever playoff win, will host Carey in Division VI, Region 22 action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Half of the Midwest Athletic Conference \u2013 five teams \u2013 are in the regional semfinals. In Division VI, Region 24, Coldwater will play at Tri-Village and Anna will play at Springfield Northeastern. In Division VII, Region 28, four-time defending state champion Marion Local will host Fort Recovery in a rematch of a Week No. 7 game won by the Flyers 41-7.
