It was a privilege to have so many Veterans and their family members present for our program and catered meal by&nbsp;Burtch\u2019s Barn to Table.&nbsp;I am grateful to every student who brought a Veteran with them as well as Grace Custer (steel drum member) for providing music during the meal.&nbsp; It is bittersweet to step down after 15 years as the Veterans Day Coordinator. However, I will continue to follow my passion of helping veterans and work with various local and national organizations that support our nation\u2019s heroes. I have enjoyed planning every event over the years to honor and celebrate our veterans. I hope each Veteran knows how much you truly mean to me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I would also like to acknowledge our very generous program sponsors. Without the support from these businesses, organizations, and families &#8211; this program and the programs in the past &#8211; would not be possible.
