Klopfenstein said. \u201cIt will enable quicker response times, saving the lives of some of our most vulnerable populations.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Joshua Alert will activate a coordinated, statewide response utilizing Ohio\u2019s existing alert systems.
