Participants can collect stamps in their passports throughout the year, with quarterly prizes awarded to those who take part.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"350\" height=\"445\" src=\"https:\/\/thevwindependent.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/passport.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-202028\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Passports are available at the Visit Van Wert office at 140 E.
