9:03 a.m. \u2013 Deputies responded to an area of U.S. 30 in Pleasant Township for a report of reckless driving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

11:28 a.m. \u2013 Deputies responded to a residence on Monmouth Road in Harrison Township to contact a resident for the Van Wert City Police Department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2:28 p.m. \u2013 Dispatched Van Wert EMS to a residence on Lincoln Highway in Pleasant Township for a subject feeling lightheaded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4:45 p.m. \u2013 Deputies responded to a residence on West Jefferson Street in the Village of Ohio City for a report of domestic violence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5:34 p.m. \u2013 Dispatched Ohio City EMS to a residence on Van Wert Willshire Road in Pleasant Township for a subject who fell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8:39 p.m. \u2013 Deputies responded to a location on West Carmean Street in the Village of Convoy for a report of suspicious activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9:30 p.m. \u2013 Deputies responded to a location on South Shane Street in the Village of Ohio City to assist a motorist locked out of their vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10:09 p.m. \u2013 Deputies arrested a subject on a warrant issued by Paulding County Common Pleas Court. Brandon Nicholas Decker, 28 of Convoy, was taken into custody and turned over to Paulding County.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10:26 p.m. \u2013 Deputies arrested a subject on West Jefferson Street in the Village of Ohio City for a Bond Violation issued out of Van Wert Common Pleas Court. Dylan Matthew Slagle, 22, of Ohio City was transported to the Van Wert County Correctional Facility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10:41 p.m. \u2013 Dispatched Convoy EMS to a residence on Lincoln Highway in Tully Township for a subject having a diabetic emergency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
