3:44 a.m. \u2013 Dispatched Convoy EMS to a residence on Payne Road in Tully Township for a subject having severe pain from a previous fall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5:47 a.m. \u2013 Deputies responded to an area of U.S. 30 in Pleasant Township for a report of a motor vehicle crash. A 2019 Freightliner driven by Matthew Meck of Indiana was traveling eastbound on U.S. 30 near Richey Road in Pleasant Township when the front passenger tire came off the semi, causing the semi to swerve to the right into a guard rail. As the vehicle swerved into the guard rail, it sustained more damage to the rear tires, causing two more to come off the axle. The semi sustained disabling damage and was unable to be driven. The driver sustained no injuries. The semi was then towed from the scene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8:52 a.m. \u2013 Deputies responded to an area of Convoy Heller Road in Harrison Township for a report of a loose dog.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8:57 a.m. \u2013 Deputies responded to a location on Lincoln Highway in Ridge Township for a report of a subject trespassing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10:16 a.m. \u2013 Deputies responded to an area of East Central Avenue in the City of Van Wert for a report of a loose dog.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10:16 a.m. \u2013 Deputies responded to an area of U.S. 30 in Washington Township to check the area for an open line 911 call.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10:33 a.m. \u2013 Deputies responded to an area of the Van Wert Reservoir to assist a motorist locked out of their vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

11:13 a.m. \u2013 Deputies responded to a residence on Green Street in the Village of Willshire for a report of vehicle damage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

12:15 p.m. \u2013 Deputies responded to a location on Rockford Road in the Village of Willshire for a report of a motor vehicle crash. A 2004 GMC Sierra driven by Amy Breauchy of Monroe, Indiana, was backing out of a parking space at Road Dog gas station in the Village of Willshire. She failed to see oncoming traffic from the rear and struck a 2018 Jeep Cherokee driven by Susan Maier of Celina, which was traveling northbound on Fort Recovery Road. Both vehicles sustained minor damage. No injuries were reported.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

12:46 p.m. \u2013 Deputies responded to a residence on Tully Harrison Road in Union Township to check the welfare of a resident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2:36 p.m. \u2013 Deputies responded to a location on Shenk Road in Washington Township to assist a motorist locked out of their vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3:33 p.m. \u2013 Dispatched Middle Point EMS to a residence on State Road in Jennings Township for a subject who fell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5:19 p.m. \u2013 Deputies responded to a residence on Oak Street in the Village of Convoy to assist a motorist locked out of their vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5:34 p.m. \u2013 Dispatched Convoy EMS to a medical alarm at a residence on Convoy Road in Tully Township.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6:11 p.m. \u2013 Dispatched Middle Point EMS and Van Wert EMS to a residence on Chenowith Road in Ridge Township for a subject having labored breathing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8:08 p.m. \u2013 Deputies responded to a location on West Ervin Road in the City of Van Wert to assist a motorist locked out of their vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8:11 p.m. \u2013 Deputies served a warrant issued for violation of a protection order. Kyle W. Coble, 41, of Willshire was transported to the Van Wert County Correctional Facility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9:10 p.m. \u2013 Dispatched Middle Point EMS to a residence on State Road in Jennings Township for a subject who fell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
