Judge Martin D. Burchfield presided over each of the hearings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Arraignment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shawn Clouatre, 33, of Van Wert, entered a not guilty plea to violating a protection order, a fifth degree felony. He was released on a surety bond and was ordered to have no contact with the victim. A pre-trial conference was set for 10:30 a.m. July 13.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Change of plea<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dylan Slagle, 22, of Van Wert, changed his plea to guilty to disseminating matter harmful to juveniles, a fifth degree felony. Judge Burchfield ordered a pre-sentence investigation and set sentencing for 9 a.m. September 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sentencings<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Daniel C.L. Vibbert, 35, of an Wert, was sentenced to 90 days in jail each on charges of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth degree felony, and non-support of dependants, a fourth degree felony. The sentences will be served concurrently and Vibbert was ordered to pay court costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Joseph Klett, 49, of Van Wert, was sentenced to 120 days in jail and was ordered to pay court costs for aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth degree felony.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Probation violation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zachary Craig, 46, of Van Wert, admitted to violating his probation by associating with a felon.
