It occurred in the westbound lane of U.S. 30, just west of the Ohio 49 north exit. The truck was a total loss and no injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is unknown. The Van Wert Post of the Ohio State Patrol along with the Van Wert County Sheriff&#8217;s Department assisted with traffic control.
