OTTAWA — The Van Wert Marlins Traveled to Ottawa on Saturday for a dual meet against the Putnam County YMCA.\u00a0 The Marlins did an outstanding job in their last regular season meet prior to sectionals next week.<\/p>\n

Sweeping first place in all of their individual events were Daniel Miller (5), Katie McVaigh (4), Addison Henkaline (5) and Sam Easley (5). Easley has also qualified for four individual events at the Great Lakes YMCA Regionals (Zones) at Canton Ohio.\u00a0 Also bringing home a first place finish at Ottawa were Emma Pollock (4), Risa Pollock (2), Noelle Heffner (1), Andrew Henkaline (2), Evan Stant (1) and Matt Cucciarre (3).<\/p>\n

Next week the Marlins travel to Defiance for the Northwest Ohio Sectionals.<\/p>\n
