Shannon St., reported the theft of $381 in cash from its property.<\/p>\n<p>February 27, 8:15 a.m. &#8212; A 13-year-old boy has been charged with misdemeanor theft for the theft of an MP3 player from Apple Glen Apartments, 1116 Kear Road.<\/p>\n<p>February 26, 3:12 a.m. &#8212; Jessica E. Combs, 40, of 632 N. Market St., was charged with disorderly conduct while in the 200 block of East Main Street.<\/p>\n<p>February 24, 6:24 p.m. &#8212; Aaron L. Thomas, 22, of Ohio City, was charged with misdemeanor theft for allegedly taking boots from the local Rural King store, 811 Fox Road.<\/p>\n<p>February 24, 8:48 p.m. &#8212; John A. Ashbaugh, 39, of 612 Congress St., was charged with possession of marijuana as a result of a traffic stop in the 100 block of North Jefferson Street.<\/p>\n<p>February 26, 12:58 p.m. &#8212; The theft of auto parts, including 500 Chevrolet engineer heads, was reported at Brown&#8217;s Auto Sales, 1105 E.
