Franklin St.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Delphos Police<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>March 10, 2:06 p.m. &#8212; Police were called to a business in the 1100 block of Elida Avenue after a report was received that s man came into the business and took items without paying for them.<\/p>\n<p>March 10, 4:17 p.m. &#8212; A resident of the 200 block of West Clime Street reported that someone broke into a shed at the residence and took a four-wheeler from inside the shed.
