Buckner, 36, of Rockford, was arrested at Wendy&#8217;s in Van Wert \u00a0on an outstanding warrant issued in Van Wert Municipal Court.<\/p>\n<p>April 9, 5:31 p.m. &#8212; A 13-year-old was charged with being unruly as a result of an incident at Apple Glen Apartments, 1116 Kear Road.<\/p>\n<p>April 10, 7:50 a.m. &#8212; Damage was reported to a soft drink vending machine located behind the S.F. Goedde Building, 205 W.
