He was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.<\/p>\n<p>April 20, 6:52 p.m. &#8212; Robin Hamilton, 45, of Delphos, was cited for driving while under a license suspension as a result of a traffic stop in the 500 block of North Washington Street. A further check showed that Hamilton also had an active warrant issued for her arrest in Van Wert County on a fraud charge. She was taken to the Van Wert County Correctional Facility.<\/p>\n<p>April 19, 9:38 p.m. &#8212; Caleb Kaverman, 18, of Elida, was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired (OVI) as a result of a traffic stop in the 100 block of West Clime Street.<\/p>\n<p>April 18, 7:28 p.m. &#8212; Tyler Blackburn, 22, of Delphos, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia as a result of a traffic stop in the 200 block of North Franklin Street.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Van Wert Police No new reports.
