Crestview High School\u2019s mock crash held Friday was a sobering portrayal of what can happen when alcohol and driving mix <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thevwindependent.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/Crestview-mock-crash-4-2012-Springer.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-23754\" style=\"border: 1px solid black\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thevwindependent.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/Crestview-mock-crash-4-2012-Springer.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"330\" height=\"267\" \/><\/a>on Prom Night. The students who watched &#8212; and even some of those involved in the event &#8212; were emotionally caught up in the dramatic portrayal (above) held in a school parking lot. One student, Taylor Springer (at right), even cried as she read a piece about a girl who doesn\u2019t want to die at 17 after an alcohol-related car crash.
