He was originally charged with trespass in a habitation, a fourth-degree felony.<\/p>\n<p>Walker\u2019s bond was continued while a presentence investigation is conducted. Sentencing was set for 9 a.m. Wednesday, June 27.<\/p>\n<p>David Boff Jr., 19, of Van Wert, admitted to violating his personal surety bond by failing to report to his probation officer.<\/p>\n<p>Judge Charles D.
