The accident, which involved a Chevrolet Cavalier and a Ryder rental truck, occurred at approximately 5 p.m. Monday. The driver of the car was transported to Van Wert County Hospital by Brickner Ambulance Service for treatment of injuries received in the accident. No other information is available on the accident at this time.
