Market St., was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle after allegedly taking a household vehicle without the owner&#8217;s permission.<\/p>\n<p>June 23, 6:07 p.m. &#8212; A 13-year-old and 14-year-old were charged with disorderly conduct as a result of a fight in the 500 block of South Vine Street.<\/p>\n<p>June 22, 9:19 p.m. &#8212; Brandon D. Barnes, 30, of 1023 Park St., was arrested on a warrant issued in Van Wert County Common Pleas Court.<\/p>\n<p>June 23, 10:20 p.m. &#8212; Juan Johnson, 19, of 635 N.
