McGill, 20, of 627 S. Wayne St., was charged with obstructing official business as a result of an incident at her residence.<\/p>\n<p>June 30, 1:04 a.m. &#8212; Jeremy T. Paige, 28, of 228 N. Walnut St., was charged with driving under a license suspension as a result of a traffic stop near the intersection of Sycamore and Walnut streets.<\/p>\n<p>June 30, 2:04 a.m. &#8212; Jerad L. Caldwell, 25, of 921 Leeson Ave., was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired (OVI), driving under a license suspension, an open container violation and illegal possession of fireworks as a result of a traffic stop in the 400 block of West Ervin Road.<\/p>\n<p>July 1, 11:46 p.m. &#8212; Matthew M.
