Beining, 35, of 720 Prospect Ave., was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired (OVI) as a result of a traffic stop in the 500 block of Shaffer Street.<\/p>\n<p>July 7, 5:21 a.m. &#8212; Police were called to the 500 block of Blaine Street on a report that several people were fighting in the area. No charges were filed.<\/p>\n<p>July 5, 4:05 p.m. &#8212; A resident of the 300 block of South Chestnut Street reported that three tires on her vehicle were cut.<\/p>\n<p>July 5, 11:07 a.m. &#8212; Benjamin M. Price, 35, of 319 S. Chestnut St., was issued a summons to appear in Van Wert Municipal Court on a bad check charge.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Delphos Police<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>July 7, 11:46 p.m. &#8212; A local resident was reportedly robbed at gunpoint in the 800 block of West Skinner Street.
