Bagley, 17, of 210 E. Ervin Road, was charged with theft as a result of a shoplifting incident at Dollar General, 1136 S. Shannon St.<\/p>\n<p>August 8, 3:06 a.m. &#8212; Joshua C. Williams, 18, of 235 W. Second St., was arrested for underage consumption and possession of drug paraphernalia as a result of a noise complaint in the 6oo block of North Franklin St.<\/p>\n<p>August 2, 1:30 a.m. &#8212; Manuel J. Garcia, 36, of South Bend, Ind., was arrested on a parole violation warrant issued in Indiana following a traffic stop in the 800 block of North Washington Street.<\/p>\n<p>August 6, 9:44 p.m. &#8212; Jesse D. Perez Jr., 40, of 693 N.
