{"id":28140,"date":"2012-08-27T06:37:25","date_gmt":"2012-08-27T11:37:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thevwindependent.com\/?p=28140"},"modified":"2012-08-27T06:37:25","modified_gmt":"2012-08-27T11:37:25","slug":"venedocia-lions-set-hours-for-fair-trailer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thevwindependent.com\/news\/2012\/08\/27\/venedocia-lions-set-hours-for-fair-trailer\/","title":{"rendered":"Venedocia Lions set hours for fair trailer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Lions Club information<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The Venedocia Lions Club will once again be serving its famous sausage sandwiches before, during, and after the official dates of the 2012 Van Wert County Fair.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that the Lions Club trailer, located at the northwest corner of the Junior Fair Building, will be open from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, August 28, for lunch, and will also be open on Tuesday, September 4, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. during the Junior Fair Livestock Sale.<\/p>\n<p>The hours of operation are as follows:<\/p>\n<p>Tuesday, August 28 (prefair) \u2013 11 a.m.-1 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Wednesday, August 29 \u2013 8 a.m.-10 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Thursday, August 30 \u2013 8 a.m.-10 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Friday, August 31 \u2013 8 a.m.-11 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Saturday, September 1 \u2013 8 a.m.-11 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Sunday, September 2 \u2013 11 a.m.-11 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Monday, September 3 \u2013 8 a.m.-11 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Tuesday, September 4 (Junior Fair Livestock Auction) \u2013 8 a.m.-1 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>The Lions Club offers sausage sandwiches with add-ons of cheese and egg and a large selection of condiments, along with a variety of beverages.<\/p>\n<p>The Lincolnview Band Boosters will assist the Venedocia Lions at this year\u2019s fair. Proceeds from the sausage trailer sales go to local, state, and international Lions\u2019 and community projects.<\/p>\n<p>The sausage trailer will also be serving sandwiches during the Van Wert Hot Air Festival.
