Franklin St., Apt. 9, was charged with underage consumption, furnishing a place for underage consumption and possession of drug paraphernalia as a result of an investigation into a report of an underage drinking party. Other cited were Brittney D. Wilson, 16, of rural Convoy, underage consumption; and Jose L. Quevas, 19, of 320 Burt St., for possession of marijuana.<\/p>\n<p>August 25, 3:12 p.m. &#8212; Sarah M. Sanders, 30, of Lima, was charged with theft for allegedly shoplifting items at the Walmart Super Center.<\/p>\n<p>August 24, 6:03 p.m. &#8212; Robert K. Stoller, 30, of 233 N. Vine St., was arrested on a warrant issued for probation violation.<\/p>\n<p>August 24, 7:38 p.m. &#8212; An incident of theft was reported at Van Wert Manor.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Delphos Police<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>August 26, 5:32 a.m. &#8212; Richard Cook, 42, of Delphos, was arrested on an active warrant issued in Lima Municipal Court for failure to appear.<\/p>\n<p>August 23, 9 p.m. &#8212; Adam Fuerst, 27, of Delphos, was arrested on charges of domestic violence as a result of an incident at his residence.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Van Wert Police August 26, 9:44 p.m. &#8212; Daniel Ray Moore, 32, of 635 N.
