Bourelle, 28, of Celina, was arrested for abusing a harmful intoxicant after police responded to a report of a male who was unresponsive.<\/p>\n<p>September 3, 4:39 p.m. &#8212; Vandalism was reported to a hand-operated water pump located in the Children&#8217;s Garden at Smiley Park.<\/p>\n<p>September 3, 6:01 p.m. &#8212; Lacey E.
