This compares with the national average, which has increased 1.3 cents per gallon in the last week to $3.81 a gallon, according to gasoline price website <a href=\"http:\/\/ohiogasprices.com\/\">OhioGasPrices.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"MGN Online graphic\" rel=\"https:\/\/thevwindependent.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/Gasoline-price-graphic-8-2012.jpg\" href=\"https:\/\/thevwindependent.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/Gasoline-price-graphic-8-2012.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-28382\" style=\"border: 1px solid black\" src=\"https:\/\/thevwindependent.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/Gasoline-price-graphic-8-2012.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"250\" height=\"188\" \/><\/a>Including the change in gas prices in Ohio during the past week, prices on Sunday were 8.2 cents per gallon higher than the same day one year ago and are 1 cent per gallon lower than a month ago.
