One of many events of the Harvest Moon Festival, the 5K race will begin at 9 a.m. Saturday in front of Van Wert\u2019s towering Van Wert County Courthouse.<\/p>\n<p>The race will travel through Van Wert, to the Marsh Foundation and then back down historic Lincoln Highway. Participants are encouraged to run in Halloween costume.<\/p>\n<p>Registration is $15 for all race participants and includes a Trick-or-Trot t-shirt. Registration is non-refundable. Race day registration starts at 7:30 a.m. in front of the Courthouse. Awards will be given for the top male and female finishers.<\/p>\n<p>A children\u2019s 1-mile Fun Run will also take place that morning at 8:30, with registration just $1 per child.
