Main St., Apt. 2, was cited for disorderly conduct as a result of an incident in the 1200 block of West Main Street.<\/p>\n<p>November 18, 6:41 p.m. &#8212; Aaron Bradford, 17, of 14082 State Route 116, was cited for underage possession of alcohol as a result of a traffic stop in the 600 block of West Main Street.<\/p>\n<p>November 18, 7:11 p.m. &#8212; Richard W.
