Kuhn, 26, of Convoy, was charged with theft for allegedly taking an Xbox 360 game console while an employee of the local Walmart store.<\/p>\n<p>November 24, 10:16 p.m. &#8212; Richard A. Miller, 56, of Elida, was charged with trespassing for an incident that took place in the 600 block of North Walnut Street.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Delphos Police<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>November 20, 11:25 p.m. &#8212; Randall L. Murray, 55, of Delphos, was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired (OVI), resisting arrest and obstructing official business as a result of a traffic stop in the 1700 block of East Fifth Street. Murray had to be &#8220;tazed&#8221; three times after he became aggressive towards officers following the stop.<\/p>\n<p>November 22, 1:16 a.m. &#8212; Terry J.
