Tyler St., was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired (OVI) and driving a vehicle while under a license suspension as a result of a traffic stop near the intersection of Tyler and Sycamore streets.<\/p>\n<p>December 11, 8:34 p.m. &#8212; Corey Ryan Daniels, 34, of 915 Prospect Ave., was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia as a result of a traffic stop near the intersection of Woodland Avenue and Shannon Street.<\/p>\n<p>December 6, 2:20 p.m. &#8212; A Van Wert woman reported that someone gained access to a bank account in which her social security benefits are deposited and removed all of her December deposits through ATM transactions.<\/p>\n<p>December 12, 10:17 a.m. &#8212; Amber L. Somerton, 19, of 524 N. Market St., was charged with four counts of first-degree misdemeanor assault and one felony assault count (F-4), in connection with alleged assaults on Van Wert County Hospital personnel and a police officer.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Delphos Police<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>December 11, 7:51 p.m. &#8212; Julia Craig, 50, of Delphos, was charged with persistent disorderly conduct while intoxicated as a result of an incident that occurred at a business in the 900 block of East Fifth Street.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Van Wert Police December 10, 8:56 p.m. &#8212; Carie A.
