Scheblo, 30, of 116 E. Raymond St., was cited for disorderly conduct while intoxicated as a result of an incident in the 600 block of North Market Street.<\/p>\n<p>December 21, 6:02 p.m. &#8212; Cameron G. Bladen, 30, of 222 Burt St., was charged with domestic violence by threat as a result of an incident at his residence.<\/p>\n<p>December 21, 8:25 a.m. &#8212; Ashley A. McKee, 29, of 513 W. Main St., was charged with theft as a result of a shoplifting incident at the local Walmart store.<\/p>\n<p>December 21, 4:25 p.m. &#8212; James C. Shrider Jr., 60, of 7912 Slane Road, was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired (OVI) as a result of a traffic stop in the 500 block of East Sycamore Street.<\/p>\n<p>December 19, 6:45 a.m. &#8212; Angela R.
