(photo submitted)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cThe reason Van Wert Rotary Club promotes the dictionary project to this age is because research has shown children learn to read up to the third grade and after this grade level, children read to learn,\u201d said Rotary Past President Donna Grimm.<\/p>\n<p>The monies to purchase the dictionaries this year came from both local Rotary Club members and the Van Wert Rotary Foundation.<\/p>\n<p>Students and teachers alike were excited to receive this gift.
