Knott, 56, was driving a semi north on I-69 when he apparently lost control of the tractor-trailer rig and rear-ended another semi at approximately 7:50 a.m. Wednesday <em>(Mr. Knott\u2019s obituary is on the Obituaries page).<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The crash scattered tetra alkyl ammonia chloride, an asphalt related chemical, onto the highway, where it froze, resulting in the need to dispatch a hazardous material cleanup crew to the accident site.
