Krugh, 28, of 1015 Fairfield Drive, was arrested for operating a vehicle while impaired (OVI) after an alleged &#8220;road rage&#8221; incident in the 200 block of North Market Street.<\/p>\n<p>February 19, 3:12 a.m. &#8212; James F. Burnfield, 41, of 1133 W. Main St., Apt. 7, was charged with OVI after a traffic stop in the 200 block of West Main Street.<\/p>\n<p>February 15, 3:56 p.m. &#8212; The mother of a young Van Wert girl reported that someone took property belonging to her daughter while she was at the S.F. Goedde Building, 205 W.
